Miranda Cosgrove shines in a Vena Cava Narthex tiered dress on the zebra-lined carpet as she attends InStyle Magazine’s 8th annual Summer Soiree on Thursday evening (August 20) held at London Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 16-year-old iCarly cutie hung out with on-screen big bro Jerry Trainor all day on Thursday, filming a segment for a new series, “Hollywood Hangout.”
